I Carved this from Jelutong for Brian Smithies in the 'Cowshed' at Pinewood studios back in 1990....or somewhere around that date. about a 3 foot wingspan with motorised props. I was told It was to be in a drama-documentary about the Mitford sisters, but I don't know what its called and so have never seen it. I didnt get to weather it. Brian threw tea (not coffee) at it I think. Dont have a photo of the finished item either, to show all those panel lines I put in.
